Legal review before signing
We verify ownership, encumbrances, and debts (nota simple), Catastro–Registry consistency, community situation, and basic urban planning aspects. We draft or review reservation, deposit, and purchase agreements, and prepare rental contracts according to your case.

Everything ready for signing day
We coordinate the notary appointment, provision of funds, interpreter, powers of attorney, and compliance checks (KYC/AML). We accompany you on signing day and handle key delivery and certified copies.

Procedures for non-residents
We help you with NIE, sworn translations, opening or certifying a bank account, signing by proxy, and post-signing: ownership transfers, utility connections/cancellations, and communication with the owners’ association. All coordinated from Tenerife.

Selling? We secure your transaction
We prepare balanced reservation and deposit contracts, request the zero-debt certificate from the community, coordinate the energy certificate, collect available urban documentation, and organize the notary signing with all necessary verifications.
